This notice describes the current technical data boundary. A jurisdiction-specific notice is still pending formal legal approval before broad public promotion.
Vault content
The service receives encrypted item and attachment payloads, wrapped keys, identifiers, versions, and sync metadata—not decrypted vault fields.
Account and operations data
Email authority, passkey credential metadata, device/session metadata, abuse-control pseudonyms, entitlement state, billing identifiers, and safe audit events are operational data.
Open legal work
Final lawful-basis, retention, processor, transfer, children, and data-subject wording remains under legal and operational review.
